B.K. Goel is a Commerce graduate (B.com (H)) from Kurukshetra University, Haryana and Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1981. He has an extensive experience of over 40+ Years in Statutory Audit, Direct Taxation and Company Law Matters, etc. His core competencies are all kinds of audits, due diligence consulting on acquisition of business & Structuring of Transactions with domestic Tax laws, etc. He has provided extensive litigation support to clients in relation to appeals filed before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), Income-tax Appellate Tribunal.
